With thunder & lightning threatening the success of the Ladies Triples tournament held on Tuesday, November 14th, the Ladies soldiered on and the team of Noelene Culpan (Skip), Trish Hardy & Jacqui Belcher were the only 4 winners finishing with 4 wins, 18 ends & 43 points.

In second place was Jan Gledhill with Caryl Miles & Theresa Rogers 3 1/2 wins 19 ends & 42 points.

A visiting team from Orewa skipped by Ann Pearce with Teri Hughes & Bev Lomas came in 3rd place with 3 wins, 16 ends & 27 points
