As several players are required for North Harbour reps. on the 7 October the date for the semi/finals of the above competition as published in the Club handbook is not  suitable.

Therefore the qualifying rounds will be played on Sunday 1 October as scheduled and it will be left to the qualifiers to make arrangements with their opposition to play subsequent games.

The first team named on the team card is responsible for arranging a mutually agreeable date and time with their opposition but the whole competition must be finalised by Monday 30 October. By doing it this way it gives everyone who wishes to play, the opportunity to do so.
