This is the time of year to be out there playing our great game: the greens are fantastic, the sun is shining and the breezes are light.  The Mairangi Bay Open Triples on Thursday welcomed bowlers from Milford, Birkenhead, Takapuna, St Heliers and Eden/Epsom.  The feedback from the visitors was that the greens were great to play on, the hospitality was warm, the competition was hot and the standard of play was extremely competitive: all things that make for a great day of bowls.  Compliment that with a yummy morning tea sponsored by our generous sponsor, Metlife Care Greenwich Gardens and what better way to spend a day?
