There is now a sheet on the notice board where members who have missed out getting an entry into the Thursday tournaments can put their names to let others know their names if teams are looking for replacement players.

Also, teams that have missed out can put their names up.

This is to overcome the situation while entries are limited to 18 teams.

Entries will soon be open to 20 teams and then the ballot system will come into force.
