A few matters for your attention.

 1 ]  CLUB SECURITY

Just a reminder that the clubrooms are permanently locked unless there is some activity happening.

The alarm operates automatically between 11.30pm and 6.30 am every day.

2]  ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

At our Board Meeting last week we set the AGM to be held on Saturday, 29 June. You may wish to note your diaries

There will be more communications about this nearer the time.

3]  BAR MANAGER

David Lloydd has advised the Board that he will be stepping down as Bar Manager at the AGM in June.

The Bar Manager is a Board appointment and applications are invited for members willing to take on this role.

Thanks to David the bar operates very efficiently. The tasks involved in being Bar Manager are set out in a manual located in the bar compiled by David.
