While the men’s singles was fought out on the grass 20 keen bowlers competed in the Haggle up on the carpet and had a great day.

Results were tight with no 3 winners and countbacks to ends and games to decide the winners.

1st – Steve McGregor & Helen Bartley 2W 1D 11E 24pts

2nd – Norm Clarke & Annie McGrath 2W 1D 11E 17pts

3rd – Flora MacDonald & Graeme Storey 2W 1D 10E 17pts

4th – Pat Clarke & Alan Jury 2W 12E 22pts

The lucky dip was taken out by Enid and Barry Butcher.

The haggle is on again at 1pm next week.
