Despite a bad forecast and some persistent light drizzle 30 bowlers fought a close Haggle on Saturday. There was only one 3 winner but the minor placings were close with only an end separating a bunch of 2 winners.

Gerd, Bill Lowe and Rhonda took out the Lucky Dip.

In the Winter League Ralph Cullens 4 points for 2nd was enough to keep him in the lead. The top of the table is tight but with a number of 5 point bonuses up for grabs in the next 2 weeks the table can change quickly. Enid benefited from a 5 point bonus this week which helped get her up to 4th place. Those 5 point bonus’s for playing 5 weeks in a row look like they will be crucial in the final standings.
