On Wednesday a lunch at the Bays Club was held to celebrate Phyl’s 90th birthday and to also take the opportunity to acknowledge Phyl’s wonderful contribution to the Club.

A member for 36 years, Phyl has been Vice President, Club Captain, Match Convenor, a coach, plus a member of the Programme Committee and in 2018 was awarded a well deserved Life Membership of the Club.

35 ladies, present & past members turned out for the occasion, a testament to Phyl’s popularity and the high regard in which she is held.
