Good call David, followed by another good call towards the end of the day.  Just a few minutes away from pulling the plug because of weather, David decided to wait a few minutes and in those minutes the sky changed from grey to blue. And so the day turned into a day of bowls in conditions that were enjoyable.  The second good call came around 3:15 when a heavy shower crossed the Harcourt’s Community Carpet Green and the last game was reduced to 6 ends.
