Congratulation to all participants who made it through the section play last weekend.

The 16 post section players competed for the title of Men’s Singles Champion this Saturday, 17th March 2018 and there were some very close games throughout the day.

The final came down to a match between Brian Rogers and Phil Chisolm and what a match it was!!  Brilliant bowling by both and with the scores at 20 all, the last bowl moved the jack to give Brian the win.  One of those times when it was a shame that there had to be just one winner.

Congratulation Brian and well done Phil.  It was a game worthy of a TV broadcast.  The skill and tension were thoroughly enjoyed by the spectators.
