On Saturday 11th we had Women’s Triples Championship and were blessed with beautiful weather.
Since there were only 4 teams it was done in a round robin format.
The cooling breeze was not too disturbing, but it did get quite hot as the day went on.
The winners were Gaye Horne, Joy Watkinson and Theresa Rogers with Sheryl Wellington, Jan Gledhill and Colleen Rice as runners-up.
Over all a great day with some amazing bowls.
