What an absolute stunner of a day for bowls it was and an indicator that spring is just around the corner.  Once again, there was a full field competing for 8 prizes and with the high quality of the field there was no team that managed to win all four of their games. The best was a 3.5 winning team and the draw they had was in the first game, so it goes to show that even if the first game is not a winner, it is still possible that the other results will go your way.
