Despite a gloomy forecast the decision was made to proceed with the Ladies Triples on Tuesday. Janis Browne was the sponsor for the day. Janis has been sponsoring our Ladies’ tournaments for 28 years, in which time she has never  been rained off. So armed with that assurance we proceeded. The day did deteriorate with persistent drizzle & no one complained when Theresa decided to call a halt after 3 games. Winners of the day were Jan Glehill, John Gledhill (a last minute fill in for Caryl Miles, thank you John) & Theresa with 3 wins & a few more ends than the second placed team of Sandra, Gayle & Noelene.

Because of the early finish a small group decided to put the time to good use & put up the Christmas tree & decorations. Thank you to Jan & John, Noelene, Colleen & Glenda. The Club rooms are now looking very decorative.
