A good field of 20 bowlers enjoyed perfect conditions for two games, and a gentle westerly breeze for the third game, playing three bowl pairs.
The prizes were won as follows:
highest plus differential – Bruce Aley and Helen Bartley
highest minus differential – Ralph Cullen and Margaret O’Carrol
lucky differential (minus 8) – Tony Popplewell and Joy Finney (with help from the organiser in the second game)
Joker Jackpot- the team of Tony Trent and Muy Chhour tried unsuccessfully to find the joker, so won a bar voucher instead.
The joker jackpot jackpots to $350, and the lucky differential starts off at $50 again for the next tournament. Interestingly, this was the third time that the lucky differential has been won in this series of games.
